I have a very annoying issue with projected views specifically when dealing with pipe spools in routing. See attached.

Projected views not only are out of alignment, but they get placed way out in space and have to be brought back in, then realigned. This gets to be time consuming when I have a lot of pipe spools to draw. I'm running 2020 sp5, but this issue has been consistent since 2019, maybe 2018 even. Anyone else have this problem?

Flag view is supposed to be a projection left of the pipe on the sheet. The pipe off sheet is supposed to be a projection up from the pipe on the sheet.
