Use Hole Wizard and with ANSI Inch selected, select the Taper Tap for the hole type:
The hole will be added, but the threads are not modeled:
The Thread command models threads, but not NPT.
For modeled NPT threads, download an NPT pipe from McMaster and use Combine/Subtraction.

But i want 1/4-18 NPT threaded hole . Now i am getting 1/4 NPT , but i require 1/4-18 NPT thread hole.
Can you please suggest..
Something like this? 18 is not in the description. 1/4 NPT already limits it to 18.

The default for NPT is 18 for 1/4.
