First time using the Relax Spline for the guided curves in the Surface Loft Feature. Big improvement but still not the desired curve achieved. This was the result:
Then realized than the spline in 3D sketch for the guided curve was not in the same plane, so i changed the spline it to a regular sketch in the Right Plane and tried the filled surface again and the crazyness stopped! Although it wasn't the curve I wanted. It gave me this:
So I added another perpendicular guide curve, and it gave a better result but still not the best, one side has more curve than the other:
What I did next was to splited the bodies and mirrored so at least the curvature is the same but the contact between the surfaces is not as smooth as i would have wanted but at least is acceptable, here is the final result:
I can continue working with this but i'm curious, how would be another workaround for this type of issue ?

Maybe first check your model for more errors.
Yeah, that's great when that happens, isn't it? It just goes crazy. Mike Wilson, that SolidWorks prophet of old, made a whole set of examples using wacky undulations in Fill surfaces.
Of This World
Generally, when this happens, I try to release the tension from around the fill surface. That means getting rid of tight corners, or weird stuff that CAD doesn't like. Use the Relax Spline on any splines surrounding the Fill. If that doesn't work, try adding more control curves or points. Or split up the area and make 1/2 of it with one Fill and 1/2 with another.
You'll probably get more specific help if you post a model.
