you can try to resize window using your keyboard. To do so:
1) Make sure that specific window is active
2) press Alt + Spacebar on your keyboard
3) Choose "Size" from the pop-up menu
4) You can resize the window using arrows on your keyboard
The other way is to move your window. Just click "move" rather than "size" and you should be able to move the window using arrows.
What resolution are your screens? 720?
Are you using Windows scaling?
Can you resize the popup?
Like drag the edge to make it smaller?
Maximize?
