When I go to move one dimension, it instead, selects a different dimension to move?

I do not know what's going on, and it's probably an easy fix. It might just be because I didn't sleep well, I'm not sure.

But in the attached picture, for example, I am trying to re-position the 24" dimension and the "G" annotation. But every time I click on either of them, it selects the middle 24" dimension. Same goes for the middle dimension, if I click that to select it, it selects the far right 24" dimension.

Anyone know what is going on? Why this might be acting this way?
