Out of Memory

out of memory or other error trying to initialize data source from standards file

I have been dealing with the aforementioned error. I am attempting to change the size and location of a tapped hole. The error occurs. I have repaired the software as well as restarted the computer yet the error still occurs. I would like some direction on what may be cause this. The only other programs that are running is AutoCAD as well as outlook e-mail.
