Could not open database error if opening a PDF from Vault

I just installed Adobe Pro DC on my computer.  It works fine for all local PDF's and PDF's on the network.  If I open a PDF from Vault, it opens fine but then hangs and I keep getting the error "Could not open database 'Vault'!".  If I right click the PDF and choose to open it with the reader, it works fine.

It's only PDF files on Vault using Adobe Pro DC.

I have tried disabling "Enable Protected Mode" and "Run in App Container".

Has anyone encountered this?
