You must have misunderstood my prior post.
I specifically requested the associated *.sldprt file.
What graphics card are you using? (Is this Intel Integrated Graphics?)

First, we can't open a Drawing without the referenced files. Since you didn't include your model we can't see the drawing view, and it loads in the drawing as a dotted line box with an X through it. See How can I attach a file to a forum post? for the future, especially the second paragraph.
Now that I have that out of the way, I went ahead and inserted a drawing view of one of my Parts and added a dimension. The dimension value shows just fine, so the problem apparently isn't with your Document Properties or Drawing Template. I'd suggest reviewing Why am I getting weird graphics issues?, again I think the second paragraph has an excellent chance of fixing your issue, but if not check some of the other possibilities discussed there.

We had the same problem in just one of our PC. All dimensions and text in title block were blank.
As already suggested by Glenn Schroeder (Why am I getting weird graphics issues? ), we solved it by unselect 'Enhanced graphics performance'.
