While designing a Impeller, I'm adding tabs and slots in the assembly where the blades have to be welded to the discs. I've inserted one of 8 blades, added the tabs and slots and created a circular component pattern. The tabs appear on all 8 blades, but the slots only appear on the discs where i've inserted the first / original blade. How do i make them appear with every blade on the disc.

I believe you will need to add a pattern to the "disk" part file(s). but do not try to pattern the feature, instead patter the faces of the slots.
Add the part files as well with the assembly file.
I've been pondering this since I saw it on r/SolidWorks this morning. Deepak Gupta and I have discussed it a little.
In your case it looks like you should be able to create a pattern of the slot feature, or at least it's faces, as Jeremiah Feist suggested. However, in recreating this issue, I've found that this solution rarely works, and is a limited "SolidWorkAround" at best.
If your seed (first) slot feature lands on the material's edge, meaning that the cut-out isn't a full loop, you're not going to even be able to use the Geometry pattern option.
I tried mating all components in place before creating the Tab/Slot, in hopes that SW would recognize that each instance of the Tab within the Assembly should also get a Slot. No joy.
I even tried dissolving the part pattern within the assembly, then editing the Tab feature within one of the previously patterned parts. SW gives every indication that it understands what I'm asking it to do, then doesn't deliver.
With face IDs and edge IDs all matching, it doesn't make sense to me that this doesn't work. This should, in fact, be the default behavior! That's why we have the ability to Skip Instances or Make Independent!

Oops, I forgot to actually offer any constructive advice...
If I were you, in this case, I would create a sketch in BLOWER DISC, Offset Entities from each Tab end and Cut.
It's not elegant. It IS time consuming. However, it does have one thing that other options don't: dynamic references.
If you edit the size or location of your Tabs, the Slots will update along with it. It can't handle adding or removing instances though...

Check my take using the pattern method. I've linked the pattern with the base part such that when you change the instance on the base part, other patterns will also change.
I can't remember but does it allow you to add additional faces to the tab without giving errors? If it doesn't, unless there is a work around, I don't think you can.
I think I've run into this and never found a work around, that clearly doesn't mean that one doesn't exist though.
If I recall correctly tabs, unlike features, are dependent on the mating part. It pulls faces from that part and that face is unique. So when you array one part it only thinks its tabbed with that one face. Again unless you can add the other faces I don't think arraying tabs works.
