EPDM Crashing from Adobe Reader

We have several users at my organization where when they try to check in/copy files from other sources into our ePDM environment ePDM will crash. Upon further investigation we found it was be caused by Adobe Reader. Below is the fault code from Event Viewer on one of the computers having this issue from the time Explorer crashes, but that user wasn't even doing anything with PDFs at the time of the crash. They were moving/checking in Solidworks files.

Any assistance provided is greatly appreciated. I looked online, but couldn't find a solution related to ours.
