Solidworks not Commissioned?

I purchased SolidWorks and am getting this error message when I try to open it.

"This version of SolidWorks has not been commissioned properly, please contact your supplier. (200-SDK)"

Being the weekend I am wanting to get this up and running. Anyone else run into this? Suggestions?

I did try the repair installation from DVD hoping it would clear up the error with no such luck.

No one else has this question

Just deinstalled-reinstalled and same error coming up. I'm trying to run SW SP3.0 on a Dell Latitude D800 with 1.5G memory. Older computer but it ran student version just fine when I was using it in school.

Hi Christian; Try reactivating by opening a Command Prompt and entering: <SW install folder>\setup\i386\swactwiz /primprod:solidworks Follow the prompts to activate, then try launching SolidWorks again.

[SolidWorks Install Folder]\setup\i386\swactwiz /primprod:solidworks

  James, thank you so much. A friend of mine was having this EXACT problem. Your solution worked and fixed it immediately. If you have this problem, DO NOT spend hours uninstalling and re-installing like my friend did. Instead, follow James' advice!
  
  For good measure, I had opened the Command Prompt as Administrator. When he issued the swactwiz /primprod:solidworks command, it moved right on to the activation step.

    Thanks. This solved my problem too. The swactwiz.exe file can be found in the path (on 64bit Win7):
    C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\setup\i386\swactwiz.exe
    
    Click it, fill out the form and activate. I launched Solidworks and everything seems good now.

I tried this procedure but it didn't work for me.

Here is my situation:
I borrowed a license form school form where I am studying. Then decided to purchased my own. I uninstalled completely the SolidWorks Education Edition 2015-2016 without returning/transferring the license because I have no idea that time until our I.T. told me. And I installed my newly purchased SolidWorks Education Edition 2015-2016. When launching the application I encountered this problem.

Is this the reason behind why this thing snapshot below cannot solve the problem even I have followed the success procedure being used by others?

Please help me.
