You can use this macro to copy property to model so you. Can link it in the drawing: Macro to copy SOLIDWORKS custom property from material to model
If the Note belongs to a Drawing view it can be linked directly to the Material. If it's in the title block, as it probably is, you will unfortunately need a separate property in the Part, which can then be linked to in a title block note.
