Hi,
I am trying to create a castellated channel structural member to be used in the weldment feature. I tried searching the internet but could not find it. Can anyone show me how to do it?
Here is an example of what I am trying to replicate. I can create the profile but with the castellated holes, I cannot seem to figure out how to do it.
Appreciate any assistance.

Yes, the holes are necessary as it is the location for mounting holes of other parts. I guess I just have to model it without the use of the weldment feature.

I wonder if this is one of the limitations they addressed or are addressing with the new Structure Systems? Hey, Alin Vargatu, do you know if this is something that SS can handle or could be made to handle?

and this time (and for several years now) SWX accepts only 2D Sketchs as profiles for structural members in Weldments and in Structure Systems. With this said, the holes couldn't be pre-defined and have to be added afterwards. Maybe with a library feature. Are they really necessary?!
