Edit: added SLDPRT attachment of sketch. Maybe someone would like to offer a way to repair it, so that all lines are the same thickness.

..it's normal,... looks like there are shared points or tangencies and the lighter hints the sketch is unclear, that is, which end/side defines a boundary?
I've just run the 'Repair Sketch' function and it told me that . . .
"Description of problem: Three or more contour segments meet at this point"
But I zoom in all the way and can't see any flaws or gaps.
..sure..it's fine, it's just warning you of potential problems but if you can get the boundaries (Regions) from the sketch.. then you're good. (images)
Please tell me you didn't go to all the trouble of tracing over my screenshot.
I've tried extruding all the regions, and no problems. So it's warning me about something that doesn't exist, which I would call a bug.
It would be nice if someone would write a blog post about that. Oh wait, Jim Wilkinson did!!

Edit: It's late in the evening, and I've had a few beers. I tend to be more of a smartass when I've had a few beers. No offense is intended toward anyone. If I was intending to offend someone I would be much more obvious about it.

Marked as correct. Is there any way to turn that warning method off, or reduce its sensitivity? Basically it leaves your sketch "looking flawed" even if it's not causing any problems. We should be able to turn that off, but maybe we can?

I'm not aware of any way to do that, but is there any particular reason you need them to all appear the same thickness? The sketch line appearance shouldn't have any effect on any feature it's used for.

Reason? I suppose I just want my sketches to look as 'clean' as possible. Crisp, clean lines; isn't that what vector graphics are all about?

I dunno. I use sketches almost exclusively to drive features, so it doesn't bother me.
..so,.. this is about the consistency of the lines aesthetics or if your sketch is valid?
..if you need to have the same line thickness,.. you can override this using Line Format
