So with regards to the attached file...
I'm trying to use the sketch "SKETCH Cut Bot Extrude to cut through one side of the "Bottom Extrusion" part.
However, I've tried both Through All & a Blind cut (the latter with enough distance/depth), and all I get is the tool either removing everything or nothing at all.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance !
That sketch is an open contour, is that on purpose? If not, change the bottom line from construction to solid and it will cut through one side without any issues. If not, then you will have to use this as part of a surface cut feature because of the open contour.
In addition to what Jeff Parker said use Delete Face tool to patch up the hole you get.
For you Bottom Extrusion feature, if you edit that and un-check "Merge Result", then for the Cut-Extrude2 feature, you can select which bodies the cut applies to.
