When i attempted to save file as STEP AP203 it is converted as attached file and in design tree symbol of veiw top level envlelop is showing. so please tell me how do i convert this to normal 3D solidworks assly. please replay me as soon as possible?

As Jim pointed out, this is impossible.

Step files will come in as dumb solids.

If you save out your assembly as a Parasolid (X_T extension), then when you bring it back in, it can bring it back in as an assembly, but all the parts will still be dumb solids.
