How to quickly change views like in this tutorial?

In this SolidWorks tutorial at 2:20, the guy giving the tutorial cycles through normal views very quickly. How does he do that? I know how to change view orientation, but I don't know whatever keyboard shortcut that is to "set your orientation." Any help appreciated

Press the keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, etc.
