So how did this idea of a top ten list once a year start at SW? I've worked with several companies that have methods to ask for additional features all year long. The one I'm working with now actually has their Help Support and Enhancement Requests right on the same page and use the same process. If you have a problem click here and enter it. If you have an idea, click here and enter it.
All of them show up in the same place in your "Open tickets" except they have a different icon next to them. They either look at the idea and say "You can do that this way" or "We'll look at adding that".
I'm not sure you why you would constantly want your customer feed back about how to improve your product.
