I have run into a call out that I do not know how to recreate to match customers dwg?
if you click on the dimension, then in the "dimension text" on the middle bottom there is a button with a cl and + sign. click on that and click on modifying symbols
I've needed to add a similar annotation a number of times. I use sketch lines and notes to build my own. I'm not aware of any out-of-the-box solutions.
Or you can use the slope up / down note symbol when in the drawing and just add the dimensions
Unless the dimension in yellow that's just out of view is a reference dimension, the rise/run detail is a double dimension:
Make a block as Mr. Schroeder suggests.
Set your dimension just one time and add suffix typ. (it means typical).
