do you have a Network License of SWX?
If yes, open the Help PullDownMenu and choose "SolidNetwork License Manager ...". Than choose the "License Order" (or similar) on the far right. And now check the order from top to bottom. Select SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium and push it to the top. Otherwise it could/will be that only a SOLIDWORKS Premium will pulled from the SNL, wich includes only the "basic" Simulation.
Edit: Are you aware that "Composite" materials require a non-linear study? Seems to be, that a linear study is active...

You do not need a non linear study to handle orthrotropic materials. That assertion is incorrect.
