bend centerline not working in Sheet Metal

I'm experimenting with using Solidworks Sheet Metal features to design cardboard (corrugated fiberboard) boxes. Solidworks won't let me use "bend centerline" on my sketched bends. (For example, sketched bend 75.)

I assume the problem is due to the bends spilling off the end of the sketch lines. I've set the auto-relief setting to "rip", but it doesn't seem to be working. K-factor is set to 50%.

Can anybody suggest how to allow me to use "bend centerline" sketched bends with this die line?

Alternatively can you suggest the most efficient way to use Solidworks sheet metal to generate accurate packaging die lines?

I've attached the SLDPRT file.
