Hi All
Just wondering if anyone has noticed the white border around renders exported from Visualize to PNG with transparent background. It's only visible when adding the render to a coloured background.
1. Include Alpha is ticked
2. Background type Colour (white)
3. Floor shadows off
4. 4K Resolution
Apparently, this is a known issue - my question is does anyone know of any workarounds other than a visit to photoshop/GIMP to remove
Set your background color to gray or black. I use 20,20,20

That does the job - first time my renders have been used on anything other than white backgrounds - so never noticed before

I'am able to detect a small highlighting outline in some areas, but not in general. And not so "white" as in your example.
I have used Viz 2021 SP1
Interesting - how big is your model? The footprint of the example is around 1m square, maybe reducing the scale might reduce the white border
Render on a BLACK background to composite the Alpha'd result. Not a WHITE background.
