How do you non-Toolboxers have your fastener library set up? Feel free to point me to previous threads; I wasn't able to find a good one.

Currently I have:
One file for Washers with configurations for each size.
One file for Lock Washers with configurations for each size.
One file for Nuts with configurations for each size.
One file for each Bolt size with configurations for each length.

This works pretty well, except that fasteners come in many grades and materials.. all of which I use.

What is the best way to get my BOM to show the right material for the fastener?

I'd like to avoid making the configuration lists ~5x longer or ~5x the # of files...
