As with anything related to Simulation, you should just trust the results...That's why you pay so much for the software, right?...
Kidding aside, what do your hand calculations show? Is it in the ballpark of what you estimated? Also, you'd probably get better help if you can upload the part/asm with the simulation study for someone to run it themselves.
I learned the lesson about hand calcs first when I was in school.
The results seem generally good, but the mesh needs to be tweaked because I've got insane point numbers from distorted tets.
Just as an FYI, the study completed without issue.
