The flat pattern feature does not work while saving for DXF. I have attached 2 files for reference. one of the files does not show the flat pattern problem but the other one does. it would be great if someone can find out what the problem is.

Rhys.. It looks like there are 4 (2 each) areas that the reliefs need tp be extended at or beyond the bend tangents...

Edit.... Ooops, I forgot this one...
It has been such a long time since I contributed to the forum I"m having to relearn this.. Seems like I used to be able to explain much better (and see better.. Compare my file and yours in an assembly to see the differences if you need to.I had to suppress the flat pattern and make the modifications (rolled up prior to the flat pattern and made the mods in the folded state..
