Black Sidebars and Tabs

Hey everyone. I have been trying to relearn Solidworks to obtain a certification. However, It's extremely hard to learn consistently with it, as I get graphical glitches that make it difficult to navigate the program. As you can see in the pictures I've included below, the sidebar and the upper tabs are either disappearing entirely or going black, and only showing up if I mouse over them. This makes using the program almost unnerving, to the point where I cannot naturally navigate the program. I have both an AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 graphics card, and am using Windows 10 (installed the newest version fairly recently on late July).

What should I do? I've already set my computer to use my high-end processor instead of auto-selecting what it needs (both in general and specifically for Solidworks). I'm not sure what else to try, but I would really appreciate some assistance. Thanks.
