In the weldment attached Item #18 is 6 of the same bodies with the same hole spacing. I modeled it with three parts in their correct location, added the holes in those three parts using the one hole wizard feature. Because I used the same feature on all three bodies when I go to the drawing and use hole callout it shows six holes rather than two. I understand why this is happening, I think maybe I'm just looking for a better way to do this.

I would create one L angle with holes (delete the 2nd group and remove the 2nd line from the 1st group and then edit HW and remove the extra 4 points), then linear pattern the next one, then mirror the linear pattern.
Adjust the existing final mirror for these 3 bodies:
Using the measure option, I created a GV for the beam spacing and used this for the linear pattern distance:
The mirror is done using a midplane, created using the two beam faces (I didn't hide the plane for this post, but I normally do):
Now there is one body with two holes and this is replicated 6 times, but HW is just 2:
