We have a trouble in our workflow as the Revision A does not appear in our data card.
After we proceed to request a change and the change approval on our workflow we get the following revisions B ,C,etc.
I am attaching our workflow and our actions taking place on the approval.

You should set the revision in the approval transition. Our revision scheme has 0 as the initial revision so Rev A = 2nd revision component. We have several branches that allow us to set the revision to A, B, or C initially when putting them into approved status the first time. This is probably a leftover from when they populated the PDM system initially.

I have not filled in anything in the revision number tag yet...
but I gave it a try and changed the value of the revision property inside the transition actions properties.
Initially I had set the value to "revision", so now after changing it to next revision I can see the revision A.
Despite this is working, do you think tha I should alter the revision number propertiess as well?

Under the revision numbers tab of the transition, set/reset the revision to the first number in your rev scheme. 0 or 1.
Not currently on PDM so I can't give you a screen shot.
