Can we create Two PDM Server with One serial no. where both are on Different location but Connected thru VPN,
I want to create Two Different PDM Vault using single Serial no. But SNL Manager will be installed @ any one site.

should be okay, as you buy client licenses, not server licenses. It‘s also possible to replicate your server on either sites.
