i crashed on a project recently and i want to create a PET bottle to manufacture.
i couldnt find out a proper resorce for my purpose.
i want to know what steps should i take from 0 to 100 to do my job with all consideration
i attached my practice too,if anyone can say is that a good design for my purpose i will appreciate that
im not going manufacture it,
its blow molding and the bottle will fill by water
i just want to know the consideration in my geometry
First step, list all your requirements.
Second step, follow and finish them.
All considerations?
Material use, environmental impact, cost, time.
Manufacture method, environmental impact, cost, time.
Tooling.
Inspection.
Packaging.
Shipping.

First step, define your question properly.
There are so many different PET bottle on the market. So they all manufacturable.
I don't see much limitation on blow moulding bottles.
Typically you are not going to find someone here that will help you with all aspects of designing something but more like problem areas or software usage.
For example, I would say that you start here.

There are at least a hundred bottle designs in SOLIDWORKS to look at and learn from.
the problem is,
you cant find a model capable of manufacturing in most cases in internet.
also i couldnt find a book for standard PET bottle modeling
I'd start here. Just like any other part there are people that have degrees and years of experience learning and doing what you're asking someone to do for you, for free, over the internet.
That is true, but not surprising because not many designers or companies are going to give away their designs.

There were many more when I Googled the phrase "SOLIDWORKS bottle tutorial".
This page has a lot of information, but the references and books listed will give you a lot of resources to determine the material, process, etc.
Beyond that, I would hire a design firm to make the bottle for you.

You can 3D print PETG bottles.
there is some surface issus that 3d printing part cant show us
Many questions.
What does the bottle hold?
Cork? Screw-on cap?
How durable does it need to be?
And do you have any experience or knowledge about blow molding?
