Composer 2019 x64 Edition - Build 7.6.5.1481 (03/07/2019), working remotely through VPN
After setting up a BOM and updating its view, if I come back to the view after working with other views, the BOM is hosed. Some of the BOM IDs point to the wrong components, and most of the information is missing or wrong. I have BOM IDs applying to All geometry. I also have problems with style properties not being saved after changing them in the Styles Workshop.
Unfortunately, this is FOUO work that cannot be made public. I'm assigning BOM IDs manually through the components' Properties panes. I create a new view from a previous one, set up the BOM, callouts, and camera (each view has an associated camera view) the way I want them to look, and update the new view. If I then activate the previous view, all the BOM information has changed This is a very large assembly that was saved to .smg from within SOLIDWORKS CAD.

The views get a bit funny when working your way backwards thought them.
to stop the BOM items being pulled through from the previous view make sure you have "show visible actors only" turned on.
This will stop them showing up in the BOM table of the previous page when you go back to it.
I also usually work with BOM id's applied to selection.
Some of my BOMs have to list items that are not visible in the view, as they are referenced in another view that will be on a different sheet in my Word document.
I think the described problem cannot be solved without checking the file and knowing the creation process.
