When sweep profile is LINE with GC sweep failed but when profile is SPLINE with GC sweep succeeded. Why?
..remove "Equal Length"
..also.. use "Pierce"
I can understand the function of the "Pierce" relation. What is the issue with "Equal Length" ?
In general.. always use Pierce for Sweep..... pierce is like a free sliding link along a rope.... for profiles,.. most constraints used with Sweep have consequences or limits the natural flow of profile along the path/gc,... so by breaking the Eq Lg constraint it frees the profile to move along the path and gc.
Just curious - unless this is a generic example of an issue with sweeps - why wouldn't you extrude that up to the vertex at the transition to the revolve?
