Beginning this afternoon, when I am trying to edit a feature in the context of an assembly, the feature property manager window does not appear.  (2020 SP4).  I am seeing this on two different computers. 

I believe it is related to the latest windows update.  Everything was fine this morning.  When I got back to my computer later this afternoon windows had installed updates and needed to reboot.  I continued working, and saw this behavior  while creating a sketch driven assembly pattern.  After the reboot I noticed it while trying to edit an extrude in a part in the context of the assembly.  (This is a part using SSP, and has the external references that come with it.  I'm not sure if that is relevant or not.)   

I have tried it with enhanced graphics on and off.  

I have reported it to my VAR.  I plan to upgrade to SP5 in the morning and see if that makes any difference.  

Has anyone else seen this?
