Because the Evaluated Value isn't matching my Value / Text Expression, the title block on my drawings are showing the incorrect information...

All of the configuration specific properties show the correct value between the value/text expression and the evaluated value, but when I click on "this configuration" (no matter which configuration I'm on), the material and finish evaluated values are incorrect. If that makes sense?
I'm using SLDWKS 2020, but the caveat is the original models were made in SLDWKS 2016 and have been saved in SLDWKS 2020. I think that might explain why we're getting a strange "linked to parent" type error where a custom property continues to show up.

I did see bugs in 2018 where concatenating configuration specific custom properties to make one had the wrong value. Your issue could be related.
Could be related....My short term solution was to edit the title block on the effected drawings with the values I need rather than have them read from the properties. Not a great solution, but I couldn't afford to spend anymore time figuring it out.
Is the configuration you are applying the values for the active configuration? What version of SOLIDWORKS are you running?
