Unlike harness cables, I'm not able to route a flex cable through a clip and it is so cumbersome to route it manually and control the flex cable. Is there something I'm missing? What is a good way to route these flex cables?

There is very little help with regards to flex cable routing. I'm trying to route a Cat6 Flat patch cable through cable tie clips. Any help would be appreciated. TIA
