I'm having a lot of trouble getting my wire report to show all of my wires. There seems to be absolutely no rhyme or reason some show up in the report and others don't. If I create some location filters for the report, some wires will start showing up in the filtered report, but not in the <no filter> report.
They are being named correctly with the "Renumber Wires" tool and having both Equipotential marks and Wire marks.
I'm set to "Wire" for Numbering in the Wire Styles Manager. I have my red connection points set to "visible when connected" so I know my wires are connected to the terminals. I'm not sure what else to try.
Any suggestions welcome.

I finally figured out that the wires not showing in the wire list have different original and destination locations.
How do I get around this? Please don't say remove my location tags.
I have large enclosures with multiple panels inside so I create a location for each panel, then I can generate filtered wire lists for all of the on-panel wiring for our panel builder.
Then I can create another filtered wire list for all wires between panels in the same enclosure that can be wired after the panels are mounted.
So my question is how can I create a wire list for all wires in one location, that also includes nested locations.
