New to SW, need help to create a hollow loft

I am currently going through several online courses through but I am still quite green with SW. I am trying to create an adapter that will connect to my Raise3D E2 printer and allow for the hose from a Bofa Print Pro 3 to connect for fume extraction. I grasp the basics of creating a loft. However, I am not yet far enough along to understand how to make the loft hollow when there is only one circle on the first sketch. I've tried adding a reference geometry circle on the base for the loft but can't figure out how to use it. The opening in the base is 72mm. The reference circle is 75mm. This is to what I was trying to connect the outer layer of the loft. However, the loft is based off of the 72mm circle. However, the loft is solid because I don't know how to attach it in a way to make it hollow with a wall thickness of 3mm. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
