Are you able to revert a file back to a previous state? We're still pretty new with using PDM and trying to iron out our procedures however I had a user take a file and change the state from approved to under change. We determine we don't want to perform the change so I'd like to send it back to the approved state but if I use my state transition "No Change Approval Required" it's going to increase the revision number etc.
