I have a premium version of Solidworks 2020 and i don't have option ScanTo3d in add-ins. Where is the problem?

Welcome to The Solidworks forums!

Did you check in the Addin manager:
If it is in there, you have to switch the checkmark on.

    What else did you do to check you have premium?
    
    Are you using standalone or network license?
