In Solidworks, if you cut a simple hole in a plate, SHIFT+drag -> MOVE, CTRL+drag -> COPY.
Everything looks wondeful when you do thing just to show.
But I'm an engineer and I have to design for manufacture, not for show, and when I start to put dimensions on features, the part needs to be solid and steady and make sure nothing starts floating around.

I apologize, I didn't want to sound controversial but I've seen tons of videos showing people doing complex design with a couple of mouse clicks, that is good, depending on what is needed for, and it has a good visual impact but it's not accurate.
If we have to do accurate design, it can't be fast.

Use Instant3D and set your sketch visible. Then you can drag the centerpoints or the circle itself.
