You probably have the English version of Solidworks installed.
May be if you install Solidworks in a different language, you can choose to switch to English.
My Solidworks installation is in Italian. Menus and features use Italian language but I can choose to use English language:
If I use English language, as I sometimes do, features and filenames are already in English therefore the option is disabled. If I want to switch back to Italian I have to untick 'Use English languag menus'.
BTW changing language could cause some trouble in recognise custom properties.
