So I am working on a building model and have assigned appearances on all parts, then, in the SOLIDWORKS Visualize Add-in tab, I chose the Export Advanced option which directed me into the Solidworks Visualize Professional 2019-2020 application. Everything appeared well at first, then after changing the appearance of one part within solidworks, I hit the update option within the SOLIDWORKS Visualize tab. Then it prompted me to re-import the assembly. After doing so, the assembly was re-imported, however the assembly was missing some appearances, reverting to a plain white. I was curious so I chose to update and re-import it again and even more appearances turned white. Why is it that when I re-import it, it is taking away appearances every time?
