This computer had installed An educational license some time ago, now It has a purchased commercial license, but when I print the pdf on the custom sheet format it always adds the text for the educational licence
I think the only ways are:
1. Re-make the drawing in the purchased software
2. Send file to VAR and they can remove it
It's intended to be difficult to remove.
The thing is that I believe the problem is on the Solidworks template file for drawings... seems that I will need to do the template from scratch because all the parts are fine just when exporting the pdf adds the text at the bottom
Yeah, I think you're right. Some of the system files may still be hanging around that cause that to show up. Do as Dennis recommends and see if that helps.
One thing is to do a complete deletion of the educational license and the commercial version. This includes deleting the system registry files related to SWX. Then you can reinstall the commercial version. That should take care of any new files. However, any old files that were generated/saved in the educational version will still have the permanent watermark. This includes any file templates. I got the attached file from my VAR a couple of years ago for a different problem, but its information is still valid.
