I think the model to big for simulation to calculate.

It could if you had enough memory, but it would take too much time to do something this simple. Use Flow Simulation to generate the pressure drop vs flow rates for components within the system which are not typical. Straight pipe lengths, typical tees and bends are well known and you can look those up to calculate by hand. There are third-party codes that do this "1-D" flow calculation for a piping system, if you needed.
You can do simulation for 1 meter or better less and then just multiply results to get actual size (value).
You can't even model so long pipe in SolidWorks. Max dimensions is half kilometer in all direction from part origin. In SWX 2009 you can join parts in assembly and assembly can handle large dimmensions.
But your computer will not handle calculations.
