And yes, the full installation will take around 17 GB but I cannot initiate because of the missing files.
The default directory for the downloaded files is Documents / SOLIDWORKS Downloads.
To download the missing files just step back to the first page of the InstallationMananger and use the last option.
Or got to the Windows StartMenu / SOLIDWORKS InstallationManager / Check for Updates.

as far as I can see in your screenshot (with the Windows Explorer in the background), this is only the InstallationManager of SWX. The whole directory will have around 100 MB. The full installation set is around 15 GB large!
If you don't know, where you have stored the files, just download them again... I recommend always to load the full package.
