At my current job I'm using Vectorworks were I can make scripts using Python/Vectorscript. this is an in dept version of using marionettes. Marionettes are similair to Rhyno grashopper.

In the past I worked a lot with SW and found it an great program to work with, especially when moddeling 3d organic shapes wich needed to be produced afterwards. (Rhino is great in moddeling but when you want to make it technical it has many limitations.)

Now I'm working with vectorworks and i really like that i can make scripts to automatisch stuff and can implement complex maths into the program.

In the future I probbly want to go back to SW but  would propably mis the freedom of extending the program as in VW.

now my Question:
Is there something like grashopper or marionette, or even better a scripting system for SW, and how is the development and community around it.
