Any one please explain how to install a 64 bit Solidworks software in to 32 bit computer?

I'd say you're way past time for an upgrade is you still have a 32 bit computer. The last 32 CPU released by Intel was released in 2002, 18 years ago. Windows XP was released in 2001 and was 64 bit compatible.

You may well find your hardware supports 64-bit, you just need to upgrade the OS rather than the whole box. When Win7 was being rolled out at a previous employer a lot of boxes that had 32-bit XP on were upgraded to 64-bit Win7 where the hardware supported it.
