I have a directory of test files.  When I select the directory and use the 'Clear Local Cache' command form Explorer, I have one pesky file that refuses to clear:

The file isn't open anywhere.  I even rebooted to make sure.  There is nothing different about this file compared to all the other files in the folder, but it refuses to clear.

Any thoughts on what could cause this?
