After updating to the latest Windows 10 2004 update on my Dell Precision 5520, Solidworks Student Edition 2020-2021 closes during "Verifying License" and never opens. Solidworks RX opens for about a half a second before crashing.

I have both repaired the installation and uninstalled and reinstalled. The behavior has not changed. Opening as an Administrator also does not work.

However, out of curiosity I created a new user in Windows and Solidworks opens just fine there.

What could possibly be preventing me from opening Solidworks in my main Administrator account? Literally all I did differently is update Windows.
