Hi,

Ok I've watched a few you tube videos and all were older versions of Solidworks as they don't seem to go over the Intersect commands very well, as 2019 has a few options not shown in anything I have seen and evidently I am doing something incorrectly.

I have a assembly that evidently has something modeled incorrectly as each time I Joined it I would get a error about something creating a negative space, so I am attempting to do its case and a few other components. which Joined fine with no errors.

For what ever reason once I create the part and join all the parts and attempt to intersect with 2 planes to get the voids I get nothing more than everything as a separate body (pre intersect 1 body after anywhere 48-37 bodies yet the big empty space in the middle of the box is still empty no solid so anyone got which steps and checks I should be using, as the particular model I am using takes several hours to got through each time.
